Ms. Chen practices in the area of tax law, corporate law, franchise law, and international trade law. Before practicing law, Ms. Chen worked in the international tax department of one of the Big 4 public accounting firms, and she is a licensed certified public accountant in addition to being a licensed attorney. In addition to her work in public accounting, she has worked overseas in the legal department of a large waste management company where she worked on international dispute resolution.
Kelly’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, tax matters, and franchise and distribution law. She also assists clients with cross-border transactions, including Customs issues and international trade compliance matters. She has been involved with complex international tax structuring as well as assisting foreign clients navigate the complexities of the US Internal Revenue Service.
